|
|
It has now finally been confirmed that Max Biaggi and the Alstare Suzuki Corona Extra World Superbike team have parted company. Francis Batta , team principal could not find the funds to run Max for a second season even after the succesfull season that they have had together. It is widely known that Max had been asking for a very large wage for next season , but Suzuki are not prepared to bow down to his wishes.
Where next for Biaggi then ???
The only factory team left in WSBK is PSG Kawasaki and it's dobtfull that he would go there , the only other talk is of him trying to persuade one of the other Factory teams to field a third bike for him.
I hope that he finds a ride , because if Max isn't on the grid next year , it'll be a big loss to WSBK.

A massive loss to the series but you have to say what is Biaggi smoking, he had a good offer and still binned them off. Obviously money is more important than racing to this guy. _________________ Thanks
