Hawk Kawasaki have signed James Haydon and are letting Peter Hickman go. Haydon has been testing for the team for a while now and has now been given a race seat.

Thats really Good News, I always liked James Hayden he just seemed to make the wrong move a few years back when he joined Petronas. Before that he was a BSB Contender !! Lets hope he can turn things around with Hawk who haven't had much success this year and put a Kawasaki on the Podium in the last few rounds of BSB. I know he is very good on the Media side and is almost certain to make a career for himself as a commentator like Whitham has but he is too young to be hanging his leathers up just yet.
Good luck James !!

Yes. I've been a fan of James for years ... He's a very fast rider.. who just has bad luck
Most riders fall at times but they get up most of the time.. if Haydon goes down ... then it's always a big un

Good to see James going so well at Cadwell with 2 excellent points scoring finishes. This can only bear well for Hayden and I am sure he will be going even better at the next round at Donington. Haydon had a 9th in race one and a 8th in race 2. I am sure a few more decent results will also help him secure a full time ride for the 2008 season.
