Casey Stoner Clinched the 2007 MotoGP World Championship today when he beat Valentino Rossi at Motegi. The race was one of the most interesting of the year as it started wet and the track dryed causing most of the riders to come in and change bikes. At this stage Rossi was leading and when he went out on his 2nd bike he was still in a dominant position but a front break problem on his number 2 bike caused him to run off the track under braking on a number of occasions causing him to slip back down the field. Stoner came home to clinch the championship.

Yes we have a well deserved champion in Casey Stoner
I think that it's the best thing that could have happened to Moto GP , to have a young rider ( in only his second season in the premier class ) and also for Ducati to show the big money Japanese factory teams how to build a winning bike in the new 800cc era.
Big Congratulations to Casey and Ducati for tier World Championship.

I am sure Honda are busy trying to get the Rules changed for next season to regain control and give themselves an advantage.
