What do people think of Toselands move to MotoGP??
I for one think the time is right and the only reservation is the team he has chosen. Tec 3 shafted Ellison when he had his season with them but hopefully they are getting 08 bikes like the papers say and they will be switching tyre manufactors from Dunlop to hopefully Bridgestone. He will not be able to compete on Dunlops. Hopefully he will prove to everyone that he is capable of mixing it with the best of them and he will have a podium before the end of the year.

I think the tyres will have been the main factor in Yamaha securing James for 2008. We know that the Yamaha is a good bike and it'll be interesting to seeif Yamaha will take the gamble and put the Tech 3 team on Bridgestones instead of Michelin's.
At least he's had the gut's to move away from a top WSBK ride to show us what he can do against the Moto GP Guy's

I really really hope its Hodgson. WSBK needs a Brit capable of winning the Title next year and Ten Kate or Hannspree honda need somebody on the bike who is capable of winning the title as well. We only really have Hodgson who fits this bill and with out a top class Brit in the series it will not be as interesting next year. There are also rumours that Ten Kate have already spoken to Jonathan Rea. One big factor is Rolfo he apparently brought a bag loads of money to the Team when he signed last year and due to this has almost certainly secured hisself a ride for next year, but Ten Kate are also supposed to be running a two Teams in Superbike next year which they are calling the B-Team, maybe Rolfo will move down to this team. Alot of info in such a small space.
